Hi, here is a very simply recipe, to prepare muffins. They could be a nice break, a sweet breakfast or a way to end lunch or dinner without exceed too much: infact these muffins are vegan and sugar free! Try them šŸ˜‰

Ingredients:

Group n. 1):

  • 2 Cups ofĀ  whole meal
  • 1 Coffeespoon ofĀ  baking powder
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • Ā½ Cup of crushed hazelnutsGroup n. 2)
  • 14,8 Oz almond milk
  • 7 Oz agaveĀ  syrup
  • 5,3 OzĀ  sunflower oil
  • The juice of one lemon
  • 1 Pear
  • Blueberries

Steps:

  1. Get the owen atĀ  180Ā°/356 f
  2. In a bowl,Ā  mix all the ingredients of the group n. 1).
  3. Put the ingredients of theĀ  group n. 2) In a bottle with airtight cap and mix them to make an emulsion
  4. Mix together the dry and the liquid ingredients.
  5. Fill 10/12 moulds for muffin
  6. Peal and chop the pear and put it in a bowl with the lemon juice
  7. Put in every muffin 4/5 pieces of pear and 4/5 blueberries
  8. Bake for 15/20 minutes
